Hey

How's everyone doing? Hope you're all winning the battle.

I am in the house of sick again! So time on here is SO limited!!

I am gonna have to give up my Sunday morning Spin class :cryhubby started football now) so need something to get my fix. Anyone doing any good DVD's or perhaps can suggest some good ones?!

I've also decided to ditch my scale for a month, am becoming too reliant on it and get so disheartened when i dont see the losses i want! That being said, I've had loads of compliments esp from fellow gym mates saying how skinny am looking, so think am gonna survive on that this month and hope that at the end of it I can see some positive results on them scales!!

Thanks FNM and MJ - looks like i will be getting the 30day shred! There has been some really good reviews/results. I'll only be using it when I cant hit a class at the gym but still hoping to see some benefits
