6 stone to go on 5:2

Hello. I thought I would start this for myself, so I can really progress how well I am doing.

So I started last week on 5:2 and have lost 2lbs.

I was 16 stone so am now 15 stone 12lbs.

I would really love to be at 10 stone (which still gives me a bmi over 25 apparently).:sigh:

I hate even leaving the house sometimes as i feel like everyone is looking at me and how big I am, I am only 5ft 2 so 16 stone is a lot on me.

So fast day today, and i am going to use all my calories for my evening meal. Will have poached salmon and soy and garlic stir fried veg (using a low calorie spray)
 
So.

Age - 31
Height - 5ft 2.
First Goal - 7lbs
Second Goal - 14 lbs
Overall target Goal - 6 stone
28/05/13 - 16 stone ----------------------BMI 41
04/05/12 - 15 stone 12 lbs (-2lbs)---------BMI 40.6

I have bought an exercise dvd that I WILL do at least 3 times a week.

it was lovely, I got sesame seeds and chucked a load of those in also.

I bought quite an old one, but it was one I used a few years ago and quite enjoyed. An Angela Griffin Dance one.
