6 Week Countdown to Cyprus, lose a stone for my holiday

Anyone like to join me on a 6 week, no cheating, 100% food optimizing challenge?

Any bodymagic would be good too and speed up the losses!

Does anyone else have a holiday in early April to work towards?
 
Today:

7am: went on a 4 mile run, beautiful cold morning through the lanes, saw a baby deer, 2 rabbits, pheasant, no cars, it was amazing.

12.30 : lunch, spagetti bolognese, sprinkling of parmesan. large bowl blueberries and a mullerlight

4pm: plate of fruit

6pm: SW cowboy pie (from October magazine), half a tin of mushy peas

Just enjoying a curly wurly and a coffee

Good day, 100% and good exercise too. Happy :)
