6 weeks to OMG

Hey, just wondered if anyone else was trying or has tried this. I have read the book and think it sounds like a maintainable plan, longer term as I have real trouble maintaining any kind of healthy lifestyle change, and thus end up yo yo-ing. I have around a stone to lose (I'd like to lose more but I'm trying to be realistic.
 
Don't know if your still doing this but I'm going to be following some of the ideas of this plan starting tomorrow, much as I think some of his ideas sound absolutely crazy his points as to why should do it make sense :)
