At the moment I am not living life like I see everyone else live it! I worry about what I look like in my work clothes, if I go out with friends socialising its always a nightmare to pick and outfit and be happy to be out and now I even dont feel confident with my partner. Its not a life its a routine. Due to my weight going up my confidence has gone down. I have 2 beautiful girls, a lovely partner and a job I enjoy so there is only ME stopping ME from being happy!
I joined SW last week and I had my first weigh in yesterday and I lost 1.5lbs which I know is a loss but it did leave me a little disappointed as it was my first week and I wanted more! After finding my way around this site and speaking to a couple of people I have been advised to start a food diary and I have taken their advice agree that this is a good place to start!
So today I have had:
Breakfast
Porridge - 28g HEB
Semi Skimmed Milk - 250g HEA
1 mug of tea
Lunch
Chicken breast piece
Salad - lettuce, cucumber, red onion, white cabbage, carrot
1/2 pack of beef flavour savory rice
2 tablespoons of low fat Heinz salad cream (4 syns)
Dinner
Chicken caserole cooked in slow cooker with onions, carrots, mushrooms
Colmans Chicken Caserole mix (2 syns (6 syns for whole meal but shared with the family))
Boiled white rice
Snacks
2 bananas
portion of grapes
Melon
Total syns for today: 6 syns
Feeling completely full and hopeful that I am doing this right!
