    Could anyone do me a huge favour and have a look through my 7 day plan, cos i just cant imagin eating all this and loosin weight hahah
    Having milk as HEA each day

    day 1
    omelette with tomatoes
    pasta n sauce
    eggs chips and beans with 2 slices of wholemeal (HEB)
    quavers 5 syns
    crackerbread (3 syns)with laughin cow cheese (HEA)
    fruit salad
    (i only had one HEB as i thought the crackerbreads were included :eek:)

    day 2
    omelette with tomatoes
    jacket potato with beans and cheese (HEA)
    tuna sandwich (2XHEB)
    spag bol (from sw website) 1/2 syn
    choc cheesecake (from sw website)
    6 1/2 syns
    fruit throughout day

    day 3
    bacon, egg, beans (1 syn), tomatoes, toast(HEB)
    tuna sandwich (HEB)
    quavers (5 syns)
    homemade burgers with cheese (HEA) sw chips (2 syns)and beans (1 syn)
    fruit salad with yoghurt

    day 4
    bacon, egg, beans (1 syn), tomatoes, toast (HEB)
    chicken salad sandwich(HEB)
    quavers (5 syns)
    steak, sw chips(2 syns), beans (1 syn), mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and egg
    arcticroll (3 syns)

    day 5
    scrambled eggs with toast (HEB)
    pasta and sauce
    jacket potato with beans and chicken (HEB n some syns)
    jelly (1/2) yoghurt and fruit

    day 6
    beans on toast (HEB)
    pasta and sauce with cheese (HEA)
    egg, chips and beans
    fruit salad
    (still need an extra HEB)

    day 7 (weigh in day)
    bacon, egg, tomato, toast (HEB)
    tuna sandwich (HEA)
    quavers (5 syns)
    fruit and yoghurt
    chicken, steak, chips, egg and beans
    cheesecake (6 1/2 syns)

    Hey, I'm new to this but I thought that potatoes weren't free on a red day, so you have to weigh them and include them as HEX B, with skin on. Also, chicken on green days are not free but you can include a certain amount as a HEX B, so that will help when you are missing a HEX B on green.
    Hope that helps, you menus look fab.:)

    baked beans are not free on red day.
    Day 2 - have ryvita as HEX B and laughing cow as HEX A as snack (if needed)
    And dont forget the water.

    Just double checking - how many SW chips are you having for only 2 syns?

    Menu looks good though, lots of variety. x

    only going to have a couple of chips, i think its said 8syns per 2lb so i jus thought a wud have a 1/4 of that but we shall see when i make them hhahah

    looks fine to me - just make sure you don't guess your weights. eg chips and beans on a red day need to be weighed.
