Hello, I’m relatively new to slimming world and was wondering if anyone would be kind enough check my food diary.

breakfast:
Two eggs cooked in fry light with tomato ketchup- 1 syn
Half grapefruit
Apple
Coffee x2 ( milk HeA)

Lunch:
Chicken salad & ham salad
( spinach, onion, cucumber, tomatoes, 1/2 sweet pepper)
1tbs of light mayo- 2 syns
Apple
Grapes
1 carrot

Snack:
2 Alpen light bars ( HeB)
Fat free yoghurt

Dinner:
Chicken and Roasted veggies
Bell pepper, mushrooms, spinach, cucumber, tomato, sweetcorn ( seasoned and cooked in fry light)
1 seasoned chicken breast cooked in fry light
10g of basmati rice

Snack:
200ml of milk ( HeA)

Syns all together - 4
