7 + stone overall

At my heaviest I was over 18 stone. Okay I was pregnant, but still!!!
The pic with my little boy I was three months pregnant and put on about 5 stone. Have now lost over 6 stone in a year and finally have a healthy bmi. First time since I was a teenager, talking over 10 years ago!
Have been at target for about a month and just a little scared, okay a LOT scared of the weight creeping back on.
On day 4 of the 30 day shred, really need to tone up now, should have started exercising ages ago but I hate it.
Just thought I'd share my story to hopefully give someone inspiration. Always thought I would be overweight, well obese actually, but I've finally achieved it. Taken me 10 years to give myself a kick up the bum....... Better late than never though! Just have to maintain it now........

Thanks peeps. It's weird as I still don't see myself like that when I look in the mirror. The one where I'm all in black was taken in work, we were just messing about and when it was shown to me I was shocked that it was me. It's weird because when I was bigger I thought I looked better than I did and the shops were just making the clothes sizes smaller!
