hi guys n gals!
i am currently in my 7th week of the cambridge weight plan i am loving it but i cant help sabotaging myself:cry:
ive tried to work out why but i just cant help it at the moment, im desperate to loose the weight and up to recently i was doing well!
why am i destroying what ive done?
