I like the basa (also called river cobbler in some places) had in both smoked & unsmoked, really tasty

Your mayo... for info... if it's low fat it's 1 tbs = 2.5 syns or the extra light is 1 tbs = 0.5 syns (of course, if you've looked in syns on line for a specific make I might be wrong ;) )
so, you might well be over synning it
 
OK - in total only had 6 speed today.... if I don't count duplicates that is, and no superspeed - eaten all my strawberries, melon etc

The double S is because I had two apples as snacks that day at different times ;)

And I wish I could get e/l mayo for half a syn! The only one I can get is the asda e/l which is unfortunately 1 syn per level tbsp :( I think it's only the tesco one that's half a syn, but my local tesco's don't stock it :(

Currently got a speedy soup on the boil :) Butternut squash, carrots, leeks, chopped tomatoes and onion.. Let's hope it tastes ok!

D: Pasta carbonara (Mushroom S, onion S, garlic, salt, pepper, gammon, chicken stock, quark, 3tbsp parmesan)

Snacks: 2 clementines SS, 1 apple S, superspeed soup (Butternut squash S, celery S, leeks S, carrots S, chopped tomatoes S)

Snacks: 1.5 sharon fruit, 1 apple S, 1 banana.

Water: 3 pints so far...

D: Chicken and pasta in a carbonara sauce (bacon, quark, 2 tbsp parmesan (3 syns)) with mushrooms S and onion S.

Snacks: 1 sharon fruit, raspberries SS with vanilla and choc mullerlight

Water: 3 pints drunk so far...

Feeling a bit more up-beat today :) Looks like the * week weight is sodding off. The boyfriend keeps trying to sabotage me though with a carrier bag full of sweets and crisps. Although, he did buy me some pomegranates to get my teeth stuck into, but they don't really cut it when he's sat next to me munching bag after bag of hula hoops.
