Follow extra easy as normal but make sure you get 7 speed foods (or more) 7 glasses water and 7 syns a day

I have totally went off plan this week had almost 4 days of stuffing my face with crap I'm feeling crappy too bloated tired sluggish and generally under the weather because of it

Today - I feel like I ate loads but I am absolutely staaaarving still! Didn't have time for a proper breakfast, maybe I'm still catching up:p

Breakfast - boysenberries with fat-free natural yoghurt

Lunch - Wholemeal bread sandwich with tuna, carrot, tomato, lettuce and sweetcorn; boysenberries with fat-free strawberry yoghurt

Dinner - soup with chicken, mushroom, tomato, carrot, celery, 1 slice wholemeal bread

Snacks - peach, apple, mandarin 1 slice wholemeal bread with light philly spread and 1 tsp jam

Syns - 7
Water - 10
 
That doesn't seem like a lot of food chick! Eat free foods until your full

Miss mifi I don't think that's a lot either. I eat about twice as much!

I've been back on 777 for the last couple of days & it is going really well. It seems to have clicked in this time. I'm staying off the booze which really helps. Wine really is my downfall!

WI is on Thursday & I had a rubbish weekend so I'm not sure its going to be enough. I would love a pound though!

Ahhhhh, I always wondered why people put 777...now I know! :)

Not sure I could manage the 7 glasses of water a day though....7 coffee's yes, 7 water's no :)

I followed this for 5 days and weighed in yesterday 2lbs lighter :D. Doing it again this week and see what happens cos I'm well known to STS after a good loss.

Ah, I think I may have cracked it. A lovely days food, 12 speed foods & 6.5 syns, woo hoo! Let's just hope the scales agree!

Wednesday's food:

Breakfast - toast, syn free pate, tomato (s)
Snack - banana, yoghurt
Lunch - speedy bolognese (s s s), cheese (HEXA) mango (s), chai latte (3.5 syns, milk HEXA )
Early dinner - mango turkey (2 syns) (s), mange tour (s)
Snack - chicken (s) & rocket (s) nori wrap, strawberries (s), honey (1 syn)

HEXA - cheese & milk
HEXB - toast
Syns - 6.5
Speed - 10
 
Well I did 777 for 4 days last week but I went out and had a blow out on Saturday and ended up putting on 1/2lb on tuesday ?. So back on it this week to try and get a good loss. I've even cancelled a night out to make sure I'm not tempted to drink! It better be worth it lol
 
I am going to try this again, week before last I lost 3lb but then sts this week as didn't follow it and was bit off plan at weekend.

So today I've got pink grapefruit, apple, satsumas, strawberries, spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, tinned tomatoes and baked beans planned!
Syns wise I've had 1 in some jam, 2 for some pesto (with pasta salad at lunch) and then probably a hot choc (2) later

Will be looking in daily to try for a good loss again this week!
