Hmm ....

All veg have carbs, as long as you don't go above the limit then I'd have thought you should be able to have the ones you want. Beansprouts only have 2.5g per 100g - and that would be a large quantity of them.

Spinach is 0.8g of carb hence a lower amount - but if you only had 1/3 the amount of beansprouts it would be the same carb level ....

Brocolli is 1.1 and it's allowed also.
