If you are still losing, then it's fine. But I think there's citric acid in it which can stall some people. Just keep an eye on your losses, and count in the carbs. Should be fine :)

I think the odd glass is fine. I only have a glass or 2 on the weekends when I buy a bottle for my son.

What ClaireCat said is true it's the citric acid that can stall some.

    Good luck.

I have been dreaming about 7up. I really want some but I am determined not to give in. I just know that it would stall me.

What about some sparkling water, a squirt of lemon juice and some splenda? I know it's not the same - but might help? :)
