8 inches off my waist

I'm on cloud 9.

I am a very comfortable size 20 now only 1 more pound and i'm in the 15s for first time since i can remember. Is this really happeni to me

Well done! You must feel fantastic, I jumped on the scales this morning, and saw 13.13 I was slightly confused, until It clicked I no longer was 14 stone something haha x
