For everybody this week will be the last October WI.. leaving only 8 WI until Christmas! Thought I would start a challenge to help each other along! We can ALL easy do a stone before Christmas!!

Of course! I'm hoping that I can lose more than a stone but then I think of all the different christmas parties and don't want to be too optimistic! x

Gonna try & avoid the eating part at most of them tho & just try & drink water at the nights out - haha who am I kidding!

I am hopeful that this plan will work - we shall see

So happy, Getting treated to an indian curry tonight, This is a planned night off so I am really gonna enjoy it & get straight back on plan tomorrow.

Well done hope your curry was nice. I'm gutted iv been called down to Manchester from today until Wednesday night so I will be missing Wi hopefully it will just mean I see a decent loss next week!! Xx

Good luck everyone. Im back on plan today after the half term binging!!same here I lost 3 and half stone but one and a half is back on!! Need a stone off for xmas!!

I forgot to update with my weight loss. Only a pound but it's off and not on so I'm happy with that I get weighed again tomorrow. So I'll post then
