8 weeks today till christmas!!

Wowsers.... Just checked my diary and counted 8 dieting weeks till Xmas day!! Oh my god I need to knuckle down and nail this!!

I wouldn't know how to get a 2lb loss to be honest. I lost 2.5lbs the first week but I think that was just the old crud getting out of my system. Now steadily losing a pound a week (last 2 weeks). I'd love to lose 10lbs by christmas but in 8 weeks I don't think its possible?!
