810 and semi skimmed milk?

S: 18st1lb C: 14st10lb G: 12st7lb BMI: 32.3 Loss: 3st5lb(18.58%)

I'm going to do a week of 810 next week before coming back down to SS+.

I'm really not keen on skimmed milk. I know I can have 150g of fat free plain yoghurt instead, but is there any way I could just have a smaller amount of semi skimmed milk?

I don't drink a lot of tea and coffee, so getting that much skimmed milk would be difficult.

I'd really like semi skimmed. Anyone know if this can be done?
