810 for the Veggie, Non egg eater - is it possible?!

As the above title really. I'm hoping to move up to 810 in a couple of weeks & was wondering whether this is do-able?

I do not eat chicken, prawns or eggs. I do eat fish though. I guess I would like to find out whether this can be done bearing in mind my only source of protein will be fish & cottage cheese.

Meal times are going to be very predictable for me.......

Put some spices on your quorn to jazz it up a bit x
tofu too.
i cook my quorn in the saucer pan with balsamic vinegar and mushrooms. served on a bit of salad.

i have cottage cheese. you can stuff it in a mushroom. or serve it on salad.

tofu - yak!

fish - tuna, tuna steak, cod, haddock but not smoked. :(
I make my quorn with stock and water - and add some curry powder, let it boil down and you have quorn curry.

You can add some natural yoghurt to make it creamier if you need to.
you can use the veg flavouring from cd or the reduced salt marigold bullion (this is far nicer)
