810 plan & losses info

    Hiya would anyone be able to tell me whats the 810 plan list as I cant find my booklet?
    Also what are the losses like on 810?

    Hi Size102b!
    Ok the allowed foods on 810 are:
    250g cottage cheese
    325g of reduced fat cottage cheese
    175g chicken breast (without skin/fat)
    175g turkey breast (without skin/fat)
    275g white fish eg- cod, haddock
    260g canned tuna (in water, drained)
    190g fresh tuna
    275g Quorn pieces/mince

    Choose one of the above options with either 3 tablespoons of salad or vegetables.

    Allowed veg/salad:
    Green salad leaves such as rocket, lambs lettuce, watercress, raddiccio, little gem or romaine lettuces
    Celery, cucumber or red radishes, courgettes or marrow.
    Spinach, kale, turnips or taro tops.
    Chinese leafy greens, such as pak choi or chinese cabbage.
    Broccoli, cauliflower, or any cabbage even pickled!
    Asparagus, fennel or celariac
    Mushrooms

    You still have 3 cd meals a day in addition to the meal mentioned above. Plus you must also have you minimum fluid intake of 2.25 litres as with ss.
    The losses with 810 are still good. I have just done 5 weeks on 810 and my weekly losses were on average 3lb's
