Hiya all. Just got back thr CDC with my friend. Shes so excited LOL, shes starting the 810 plan tomorrow. Im going to watch how she does this week and give my verdict.
Just wanted to know what the average loss is on it? And am I right in thinking its like 2 chicken breasts..seems like alot? LOL

yes - two tins of tuna in spring water, one and a half chicken breasts (or a chicken breast and then make the rest up with slices or ready cooked stuff!!) I liked it because it meant I could have protien with lunch and tea - but only veg/salad with one!!

Ok thats great thanks hun. Its just we weighed the chicken and it was 2 but will stick to 1 and a half chickens hun. Just to be on the safe side x
