I have just done months on the 810 plan and my weight loss was good no less than 2lbs a week off, yes it is a meal of protein and veg/salad, ask your cdc for the step booklet, i found the 810 plan quite interesting as regards the food you can have and i also enjoyed it, good luck with it and your losses should be good, i know mine were

Hi there, I am also on 810 plan and am really enjoying it.

I had my first WI last weds and lost 5lbs which for me is a HUGE achievement as I have problems losing weight due to an Underactive Thyroid & PCOS.

I am really surprised about the amount of food you can eat on this plan yet I am still in ketosis and I am still losing weight! :D

I can cope without food (I`m finding this diet SO easy!) but my body can`t, Hence starting on this plan rather than SS or SS+.

I have a diary where you can see what kind of foods I am eating if that helps.
