84lbs - 42 weeks - 21st birthday

    Hi all!
    I'm back once again. This time I am determined to succeed. I am rejoining slimming world tomorrow (after about 5 months off due to moving to university).

    My target is to lose 84lbs by my 21st birthday in October. It works out about 2lbs a week. This is slightly ambitious but I'm motivated at this moment in time. Although how long this motivation will last is anyone's guess especially when I'm on placement with my uni course.

    I just hope my new group is as helpful and friendly as my last.

    I have a very long way to go but every journey starts with a single step!


    Any help and support will be much appreciated :)

    Well first day back on slimming world hasn't been great if I'm honest. Woke up with a dreadful stomach (not going to inflict you with the details if you know what I mean) and only managed half an apple this morning. Its taken until now to actually have some proper food (even if it was a curry ready meal which I was going to have last night. However I did have a huge salad with it and left a lot.
    Hopefully my tummy will be feeling better tomorrow so I can properly get back on plan.

    Time to go do my uni essay which I've been putting off for weeks :(

    Well, today hasn't been too bad. Feeling a lot better today, although I still have this ruddy cold :(
    Had an apple for breakfast as I woke up late then got a pizza slice from the bakery. Not sure how many syns were in it but I've but it down as about 10. Got home from the hairdressers (must have lost a good couple of pounds from the amout of hair I've had chopped off) and made myself a huge bowl of veg with a mint yogurt dip. Yummy. Very full now. Could happily go back to bed but I have an essay to write for uni :( Atleast I'm not craving crisps, sweets or chocolate which I usually do when I have work.

    Hmmm.... Just been on my scales and I've apparently lost 10lbs since Monday! I bloody wish that was true. They're new scales and were accurate before I weighed in on Monday. I guess we'll just have to wait and see

    Still feeling absolutely rotten :( and I'm craving chicken nuggets and chocolate cheese cake (not together though)
    Anyone got any low syn substitutes? This is driving me made especially when I'm ill

    Why oh why did I agree to go out drinking last night? Feeling it this afternoon. I can't remeber a fair bit of last night and god knows what I drank in all. Lets just say it was a LOT!!!!!!! And now I'm craving every high fat/high sugar food under the sun.

    Not great before my first weigh in tomorrow. This isn't going to go well :(

    But that would have meant going shopping! And you know I'm too lazy for that :p

    Only 1.5lbs off last night which in a way I'm gutted but it's totally deserved what with all the junk food, alcohol and stress. This week is going to be much better though. Did a massive food shop last night for the week and have a huge bowl of fruit to pick at. Hopefully will be starting back jitsu on Friday ( as long as this chest infection is better by then). I have to have a better weight loss next week and beat Cherry. Nothing like a bit of friendly competition :D

    Well..... Once again this week hasn't been great. I'm sure I've drunk more since new year than I did in the whole of the first term in uni!!! However my scales are saying I've gone down so fingers crossed for tonight's weigh in!!! Lots of fruit, water and homemade casserole before then though :)

    :D 4.5lbs off tonight so finally back in the 15s!!!!
    Never want to see 16 again!!!
    I also got sotw and won the raffle for the second week in a row :D so happy right xxx
