9 stone here I come...

Hello!

The scale said 12st 10lb yesterday so I have put on 2 stone since January! After years of yoyo dieting I really need to stop binge-eating and get back on track!

My goals are:
- to record what I eat each day
- to stop binge eating huge amounts just because I have slipped up a bit
- to reach 9 stone ASAP (i.e. lose 3st 10lb)
- to run 40 mins continuously

This week I'm aiming to lose 3lbs.

I would really like some tips on how to stop binge eating and to stop once I've strarted. I'm reading a book called 'Never binge again' so hopefully that might help!
