The amount of weight we have to lose can be overwhelming but the best way I do it is to set small targets to aim for. I think if I kept thinking I had to lose 10 stone I would quickly get disheartened especially in weeks where I only lose a pound. As it is my next target is to get to 279 pounds and then once that's achieved my next target will be to get to 250.
