9st 4 to lose...

The amount of weight we have to lose can be overwhelming but the best way I do it is to set small targets to aim for. I think if I kept thinking I had to lose 10 stone I would quickly get disheartened especially in weeks where I only lose a pound. As it is my next target is to get to 279 pounds and then once that's achieved my next target will be to get to 250.

Are you following a specific plan, or doing your own thing?.
 
Losing weight, especially huge amounts feels like it's one dark endless tunnel that never ends. Like NikNak said, set your self small goals and each time you reach a goal you will feel so much better about yourself.
