If you have done it before, you can do it again. You have tons of resources at your fingertips now; this forum, probably a FaceBook group for your SW Group, the SW website, Apps, a myriad of other things and lots of people here who are rooting for you!

It may be worth doing some of the mental exercises SW have suggested on the site. The for and against list may take about 30 mins to do but can be really important, especially to get your goals in mind and get your focus going. (Pro Tip: Have a box of tissues handy as lots of people find the waterworks going off due to the emotional nature of the task)
I have done other diets/healthy eating plans and have had the most success on SW. Your best bet is to put reminders around your house to keep you motivated. I have a dry-wipe weekly food planner on my fridge to help me plan my days and meals and keep my awards stuck to the fridge with magnets. When I get to my target, I will have at least one picture in my house of the expression on my face when I have achieved that as even now, with 3-4st to go, I feel fantastic.
As a Target member, you will be able to go for free and this in my opinion is the most important thing; you lost the weight, now you have the support to help you keep it off and the ideas which come from your IMAGE therapy sessions.
