    Well title says it all really,
    im struggling a little the last few hours and im just looking for all you lovely fellow dieters to give me some encouragement to make me remember why im doing this!!
    Its day 6 for me on a restart and im finding it harder 2nd time round even though the scales are showing a loss its just not enough for me at the moment,i think that if i can get through tonight i should be ok.
    Im in ketosis so its not that im hungary its just that i want to eat and i think that for me is the more dangerous of the two,

    Keep at it yeah - you've done the worst few days and you know it gets easier.

    I find the weekends much harder than through the week so for the first time in my life I can't wait till Monday lol

    nah you dont want to, what you want is it get to target and wear all those gorgeous outfits youve seen

    as for tonight, take a bath, do your nails, check the inspiration thread, go on the arcade, online window shop and before you know it you'll be ready for bed

    smtl /..... just stop right there if you give up, im going to i swear ,and you dont want that do you ! your only on day 6 your body has gone into ketosis but it can take your mind up to two weeks you HAVE to stick at it look at what you have lost before and you started again before to much damage was done that food that you want its going to be gone in 5 minites then your back at square one ,depressed looking to restart ... going through ketosis again .hun listen drink a pint of water look at a catalouge of some fab clothes your going to wear wen u lost rest of your weight or better still go to bed wen u wake you will feel different .... if all that fails add me to msn ill talk you out of it i promise !

    i get that, i can get thro hungery, its that hmmm i fancy some cake feeling that gets me. then i feel poop for rest of day, so remember y u are doing this, remember if u give up it will get harder to start again. so dont do it to urself. ur on day 6! how amazing is that. compared to me, ur brilliant.

    you all know that you are the reason that i can stick to this "damn hard at times" diet dont you!!
    Your words of inspiration have really got me charged up again,im getting back into the right frame of mind again,i dont think that i could handle having to restart again,it would be too hard i know it would.
    Thank you soooo much for all your kind words and i feel very confident that i wont fall off the cd wagon.

    Nightnight thank you to you,and i hope that you are feeling a lot better than earlier,why dont we add each other as friends and we can pm each other if and when we need to as i will not quit and neither will you,we are in it for the long haul sister and thats that.
    I already havemy eye on my christmas outfit,so thats that im not going to give in,

    I'm on restart too, tonight has been hard for me, I also find weekends harder than the weekdays. if I'm really struggling what I tend to do is fill a nice hot bath get my book and wallow for about 1.5 hrs!!!! it certainly passes on the night then it's soon time for bed!!!

    I also find going to the gym or for a swim helps me I've had to serve dinner for two rugby teams this evening sausages and mash god I could have pinched a sausage but I totally resisted.... I wasn't hungry just fancied it ...it smelled good.... but would have put my whole week of 100% goodness to rack and ruin so I shouted seconds out and gave away the lot!! do I regret it....no!

    chin up and keep going, just look at your signature and how muc you have lost.

    i've been old trafford tonight to the rugby, and been the pub, and seen people eating all sorts of nice grub.......:(

    but just remember whilst your doing this, for you

    i think the bad time has passed for me,well tonight anyway lol,i may well be posting the same thread tomorrow night,but i`ll do my best to resist,i went upstairs to try on my size 14 jeans i bought the other day,and no they dont fit me,they are my inspiration for christmas so im really determined this time,just a bit wobbly at times thats all.
    but once again you have all been troopers for me,i wish you all the very best too and hope that i will be able to do the same for you if the need arises,
