A little bit more weight gone

Hi, I have now lost 5 and a half stone (35.5kgs/78lbs).

And someone who I saw on Tuesday who I had seen for just over a year noticed and she asked if I had lost weight - she didn't know I was/had lost any weight and she is the first person to have notice (well the first person to say something, if anyone else has noticed they haven't said anything). She made me cry but in a good way.

Well done, Liz! That's amazing work! It always feels good when somebody notices that you've lost weight,. Sometimes people that see you all the time don't really notice, because they've seen you as you're shrinking and others notice but don't want to say anything in case they offend you. I hope your chance encounter with an old friend has given you a boost of confidence
