Hello! :D

I've been doing SW at home for a while.

I started in July/Aug last year with 2nd baby weight to lose (and to be honest a bit of that was left over from 1st baby).
I lost 12lbs which was ace. But about half of them crept back on during work stress and Christmas...

I tried to get back on to it at the start of 2012 but have gained and lost the same 3lbs over and over since.

I'm feeling a bit cross about it and want to make a big push to stick within syns as I just feel so much better slimmer.

I also have PCOS which makes weight loss quite difficult and I also get a lot of cravings for carbs (bread!)..... as I am insulin resistant.

SO my goal is 9st 7lbs. That's a BMI of 23.5.

I think I'm between 10st8 and 10st6 (I do a home weigh n on Wednesdays) at the moment, so it's around a stone to lose...

With 2 small kids and 2 full time jobs between us, my husband and I are pushed time-wise, so I have very limited time to spend on food plotting.

I'm doing EE and really it is extra easy, it's just about a little organisation.

So today is my first diary day!

Breakfast
All bran Hex
banana
milk Hex

Mid morning
Grapes
Apples

Lunch
Ham salad sandwich from home 7 syns
2 fat free activia yogs
lots of strawberries

Mid afternoon
3 biscuits (pack was left next to my desk for people to help themselves argh!! Plus sandwich wasn't enough lunch - no time to sort anything else this a.m) 9 syns

Dinner
Spag Bol - all free.

Total 16 Syns, tomorrow will be better!

My problem is making sure I have enough EE compliant lunch ready to take with me in the morning. I TRY and do dinner for the next lunch, but sometimes it just doesn't work that way.
