A little tip for the ad breaks

Last night during the ad breaks instead of putting the kettle on I went up and down the stairs as many times as i could before the programme came back on, the break is 3 min long and through out the evening i did that 6 times and felt that it was at least some good short burst of exercise.
Anyone else with good tips? Maria x

Thats a great tip Maria,
I have a new exercise bike, so when the add breaks are on I go on that.. depending on how much tele i can go on it quite a bit

I have sky+ and record it so i skip through the breaks :giggle:

I admit i did watch them last night because i watched it live rather than waiting and it was pure hell. They are soooo boring :( Sky+ all the way :D

Nor do I watch anything live girls and I agree about sky plus but as I sit full time at a comp I was trying to be constructive and increase my energy way of thinking( I guess I will just have to do it alone now and hands up anyone who wants to join in) Just you ?? come on then we will show these sky +ers haha x

anyone got an exercise bike...I watch way too much telly and that sounds like a great idea! I live in a ground floor flat so goin up and down the stairs is out...I do have a step up into the kitchen...oooo the possibilities!
