Last night during the ad breaks instead of putting the kettle on I went up and down the stairs as many times as i could before the programme came back on, the break is 3 min long and through out the evening i did that 6 times and felt that it was at least some good short burst of exercise.
Anyone else with good tips? Maria x

Shabba you are naughty girl and you now must get to the breaks and pause it for 5 mins instead of 3, the rest of you get full marks for effort.
    Hahaha Maria xx

I tend to do crunches/sit ups, push ups and sometimes weights during ad breaks.

Good on you Ruth for your positive attitude...so instead of Adding in the ads we can use them to lose ..Bring it on Maria.
