A lot to lose and small losses!

I’m starting to feel a little disheartened - people always say the more that you have to lose the bigger the losses initially.
So far my losses have been-
7lb
3lb
2lb
& although this weeks weigh in isn’t until Wednesday it’s looking like it will be 1lb. I’m sticking to plan, drinking 2/3litres a day - I don’t know what else I can do!

Your body is just adapting to your new way of eating. It has come down almost a stone in 3 weeks of weigh ins. That is a significant amount to lose. Your doing great. Also when it comes off slowly it stays off. Its going in the right direction so go easy on yourself. You are doing fantastic.
