Exercise!!!

Looking for something painless and not too lively. The problem is I have to wake up early for work and the thought of exercising in the morning is too much.. :bolt:

So I need something for later in the day. Was thinking of getting the Zumba video to do at home, has anyone tried it?

Nah.....apparently you have to have at least a little rhythm and I'm flat outta that haha

Do you walk to work?

If so...maybe invest in some ankle weights etc?

Extra weight carried burns extra calories.....

No I drive. I'm already carrying quite enough extra weight do I really want to add more is the question :D

I think painless exercise doesn't really exist does it? Jogging might be nice but when I've already lost a bit. I don't want everyone staring at the fat person trying to run!

It's really strange here in Germany. You're either thin- size 6-12 or really big size 24+. There doesn't seem to be a middle group! The shops are odd too. Most high street ones go up to size 14 if you're lucky, and if you're bigger than that you have to go to a specialist 'fat woman' shop and pay loads for a variety of tents in different colours. Sometimes the item of clothing costs increases with the size which is really bad.

Another mystery is that although German women are pretty tall (I'm 5'9 and am average here) shoe sizes go up to size 6 or 7 if you're really lucky and then that's it- granny slippers or Jesus sandals! Why & how?!?

Good to get that off my chest.

Shopping is something I really miss about England although I'm back quite often and stock up on everything :D
