You have to come off your dibetic medication to do it, but i have heard that on lipotrim your blood sugar tends to be lower than usual.

I think you are best advised to see a lipotrim pharmacist and consult your GP. I'm on Cambridge myself and I know that the sole source CD programme cannot be used by Type 1 diabetics and Type 2 diabetics on insulin can only use the CD programmes with the active involment of a doctor or specialist hospital unit. Given that LT is a similar vlcd, I would caution against taking advice from anyone but your GP and at the very least, an LT pharmacist. No offence to anyone else giving advice :).

Hi, Thank you both for your reply.:)
:sign0144:I Will be going to see my pharmacist on Saturday 26th Jan. To hopefully get started on the lipotrim fingers crossed.:sign0009: I need to loose about three stone as i'am only 5ft 2 and i weigh 11 stone 8 pounds.
I would love to get down to what i was a Year and a half ago I was between 8 stone 10 and 9 stone and felt great at that. But with the health problems I have it has made things hard.:party0048: And i want to get back in control with my body and feel better about myself.:character00238:
Thank you once again.
