A question if there are any CDC's about !

I have only been doing 1000 step for a few days now.. but I have been having the rice,pasta,potato, that I am supposed to being having in the evening in the day.

Please can you advise if this is ok or if there is any reason why you are supposed to be having it in the evening with the protein..

I just want to check that I am doing it correctly.

I don't think it actually says that you must have it in the evening. Admittedly they call it 'dinner', but in my neck of the woods (well..in the olden days anyway:D) dinner was the type of meal, the main meal..rather than the time of day it was eaten.

Anyway to answer the question. No it doesn't matter what time you have it. You can even have it for breakfast if that suits :)

That's perfectly fine, 1000 cals is 1000 cals however you spread it out throughout the day. I ver rarely had my brek at brek time usually had it for lunch or the evening choice for lunch and brek for tea!

one thing i would say (that was confirmed by my Doctor), is that carbs are best eaten always with protein as the protein helps the carbs digest quicker or something....dont know if that helps or not now xx
