A question regarding healthy extras?

Hello Everyone
New to this forum this is my first post but I love how supportive everyone seems and think this will give me the extra boost I need when I need some motivation!
Just wondered, If I had two healthy Extra B's for example in one day, would it be best to syn it or could I miss the healthy extra B the day after?

For example, last night I had a cheese toasty made with my Healthy Extra A and my Healthy Extra B for the day, but because it was two slices of wholemeal from a 800g loaf, that is two portions of a Healthy Extra B, so should I syn it or miss my Healthy Extra B for today?

You would need to Syn it - Healthy Extra's are re-newed every day and can't be carried over.
