Ok, so I've made it to 1pm on day 3 but this morning has been rather testing and if i'm honest i'm struggling.
Went to my girls fete this morning and was surrounded by BBQ food, cake and chocolate goodies. Was a good girl and just sipped my water and had a shake when i got home.
I don't feel too bad physically, a bit lethargic but no headache as yet, but psychologically i'm struggling with the no food thing.

I don't really know what i want you guys to say or what advice i want you to offer but i just needed a moan. xx

I know exactly how you feel, I'm in the same mode myself. Its not that I'm hungry maybe a little bored? Sometimes think to myself can I do this? Other times just sail along happily. I suppose I'm just coming to the end of week 2 so early days yet.
Have been really miserable and angry with my family:cry: just cant help it!
MISSING indian curry and cava, not had a drink for 2 weeks!

I felt what you feel many times before, and on this diet too. The difference this time is that I had this mind switch for once, and then I bought some books which helped (are still helping) on my journey.
