Hi im new my name is monty and for the last few years Ive been in a struggle within the same 15-20lbs for as long as i can remember i lose weight eat healthy binge and put all the weight back on its hard to be extremely healthy because im not the one in the house buying food seeing that im 17. as of last night i completed one of the binges and my weight has sky rocketed back up sadly.
