A Xenical diet...

I've posted this here rather than in the dedicated forum because I wondered if it would make much difference to follow the 5g of fat per 100g diet while not on Xenical.

So, no pill but to observe fat content in our foods. I think it, obviously along with the pills, why Xenical gets such good results.

Plus you don't get nasty side effects.

Would this be a viable 'diet' to follow?
