    Now i have started the cd, i am finding that i am thinking about food and wanting to stuff my face, and it's only day 1 and i have had only 1 shake.....

    so thought i would share that with you all... i'm so hungry!

    Hi Nessa,

    It is only normal and the first few days are the toughest, it does get easier after that.

    :tear_drop::tear_drop::tear_drop:drink water and keep yourself busy and do out a list of things you want to achieve...

    I hope you have done body measurements from the neck down to your ankles and upper arms and some photos as the weight does fly off with SSing.

    Good to have these for your records of how well your doing.

    Hang in there and keep your eye on the prize:D

    :tear_drop: :tear_drop: :tear_drop: Water is the key, it will help you to feel fuller. To be honest the first week is the hardest, once you get into ketosis (after about 3/4 days) it'll get easier & you won't be hungry.... Perceiver hun it does get easier...honest.
