thanks so much girls,im so tired nowbut cant get the smile off my face,everytime i see 12lb on my ticker and signature it shows me my weight left to lose has jumped from the 81lbs to 69lb! lookin gud! lol x

Wow, the difference between 81 lbs and 69 lbs is phenomenal. You nearly lost a stone really, just thought of that now. Really delighted for ya and proves this diet works. It would take ages to get that result on any other diet plan. Good for you x
