Afternoon was a bit better. I am just SO CRAP on this course. No idea why. Its like i have lost my brain. I usually pick things up really fast and understand and i am just behaving like a little girl. Whats up?

The lads arent ones that i know. They are just on a course and friends of friends i guess. At least i wont have to see them after Thursday dinner.......or at least for a while.

Go Abz! You really are amazing and i dont know how many times i should say it without being a wierdo So ill just think it. xx

well. i've made it to the end of today and i've still only had seven points... so i'm considering fish and chips for tea not sure whether i will or not... but mmmm. i don't usually manage to eat the lot but the lot is 13.5 points. which would take me to 20.5 out of my 23. so not too bad. still. i'm not sure i can eat it. i will feel like i'm being REALLY bad... i will see how i feel when i get closer to home. but mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

no work today bren. it's my day off. work tomorrow and then my bridesmaid bon is coming to visit for the weekend and i can't wait!! i'm so excited

am going swimming in just over an hour and have realised that i have no cash and i haven't eaten anything yet today. so i think me, a book and my reading armchair have a date with lunch

i didn't get to go i was violently ill after eating some shreddies and had to go and lie down. and as my mate couldn't go a bit later i had to tell her to go without me. i am feeling much better now if a little shaky as i have only had 5 points today so far (and goodness knows how many of those i managed to hold onto) and then fell asleep ALL afternoon. am waiting for OH to come home to decide what to get in for dinner as we have no food in the house but can't afford a proper shop until tomorrow evening.

good morning everyone. no weight loss yet i'm maintaining, not surprising with the fish and chips i suppose. i was within my points, in fact i've still saved a few, but i suppose fish and chips isn't good even when within points...

my water consumption has been crap this week, so am hoping if i get glugging that will make a big difference. and i intend to start out, as soon as i've finished this coffee

bon is coming to stay today!! yay!! so we're going to do the bridesmaid dress trying on thing and get that sorted and possibly buy my table decorations too

well, if you remember, i had a bridesmaid dress saga last weekend. they discontinued the dress i'd chosen and it was an all-out panic about finding others. now they've only bloody called it something else and recontinued it again. and when i asked if they were going to do that, they couldn't sodding tell me. and the thing is, this dress may have been around when i was ringing, but because they've called it another name and given it a different item number they wouldn't have been able to see it. debenhams can be so ****!! anyways. at least now bon can choose whatever dress she likes without fretting. ha. or without me fretting and there's still some on ebay which i may try for in any case because it may save me some dosh

hey guys. well we have chosen bridesmaid dresses and i've taken the extra ones back to debenhams

so now we just have to get hair things (we've seen some sparkly hair bands we like) and i'm thinking of getting some red hair jewels too as i have clear and red sparkly bits on my tiara so the bridesmaids could match. but we'll see about that.

we are having an absolute NIGHTMARE finding shoes that aren't either completely flat or massively high. i just want a tiny heel, as does bon, but there don't seem to be any ANYWHERE. it's really irritating. we're going to go to the white rose centre this morning before bon has to get her train at lunch time ( ) for a last stab at it before she goes so it's another big thing off the list
