I got my wedding shoes from next online
They were £25 but a nice heel without being way to high...and very pretty. Bonus I have size 9 feet so its great to have found some x

found them in bhs. didn't show on bhs online in adult sizes, only children's ones, ha. they do now.. but didn't when i originally looked so thought they were out of the question. here they are:

and i'm thinking of putting a pretty red bow on... the bow isn't quite as insipid as all that!!

well i weighed in and had gained 0.75lbs. but that's gone and taking another 0.75 with it. me and bon were good but not perfect over the weekend. still. even though the general trend is downwards i seriously seriously need to lose faster or i'm never going to get in the dress i ordered, let alone have it taken in!!
i went on the wii fit for 40 mins last night. 30 mins of that was step. so my bum hurts today, ha. and i think a lot of it is water retention as i'm naff at drinking water when i'm not at work. so need to get into that more too. i will get there. it's just a bit disheartening to not have gotten there yet...
i may be going to help one of my mates decorate today, so that will be good exercise, or failing that i'll get back on the wii fit again today. i weighed in this morning at 14st 1.5lbs. by the end of the week i would PLEASE like to be 13st something. i did hit there at one point last week and i got excited but obviously it was a downwards glitch rather than an upwards one. so 13st something by the end of march please or i'm in REAL trouble!!

i'm on the water now. have had a litre and a half whilst at work as well as coffee and tea and will easily glug another litre and a half at home this evening.
i have two days off now. woo hoping to get some of the table decoration stuff sorted at ikea tomorrow. yay no clue where i'm going to keep it all!! but i will cross that bridge when i come to it

Take a look at some of their storage solutions while you are there
Love the shoes, I think they'd look great with a red bow - you could even dye the whole shoe. I dyed a pair a wonderful blue colour for my bro's wedding (few years ago mind) and the only thing that went wrong was the heel got ruined because they sank in the soil and took off the dye (in the days before they put floors in marquees!)
I am seriously confident that you will not only reach your gold but pass it in plenty of time
