i was having bonkers dreams the other night. i've even had a couple bordering on raunchy but they never get exciting because boring old me always says, no, sorry. i'm getting married to someone else. OH finds this hilarious and says i'm allowed to dream for gawd's sake so hopefully my subconscious will take that into account next time 
i switch people all the time in my dreams too, doesn't matter whether the people in my dream are old, young, male, female, i jump between them all. try doing that in a raunchy dream... saying that, i can count the number of those i've actually managed to have on one hand in my entire life *sigh*. some people just get all the fun... maybe i should start eating cheese before going to bed

Ive had the strangest of dreams in the run up to his wedding
1. I turn up to my wedding but Im in my jeans and someone else has my dress on
2. I accidently go shopping in Marks and spencer to try and find a flower girl dress instead of my wedding
3. My hairdresser doesnt turn up for the wedding day
4....and last nights installment.... I got there in dress with hair done and Ste wasnt there instead it was my ex husband I was marrying
God I hate the dreams ...one day ill make it to marry Ste x

hey guys. well. what a hell of a night!!
i woke up shortly after going to sleep after midnight with the most unbelievable indigestion... i ate every rennie in the house, ate yoghurt, drank milk, was sick and still no relief. finally, just before 7am i drank some warm water with bicarb in it and that seemed to help. managed to fall asleep upright in my armchair for a couple of hours before waking comfortable enough to go to sleep. am now at work until 11pm and the only sleep i've had was interrupted sleep between 7am and 12... oh god!!
i guess i deserve it for all the crap i ate yesterday, ha.
today i have had a jacket potato with tuna and a little bit of cheese. i have a tuna salad sandwich later.
have also had a bag of crisps. so not great but not as awful as yesterday. am also going to try and eat my dinner around 6.30-7 and not eat afterwards so if i get anything happening it will be BEFORE i go to bed. and i have the bicarb at work with me
it has been a horrible horrible horrible night and today isn't that fab either... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
as for the weird wedding dreams. i dreamt last night (this morning) that i realised it was two days before my wedding and i hadn't had a dress fitting yet!! ha.
on my mind? never.
have also realised i have a few tetras left with a close use by date. so may use those on saturday and sunday so i'll get started more quickly and will be on day three when i go and see my cdc

well i'm feeling much much better and STARVING after being so sick and not eating until after 1pm today. so have moved onto the sandwich. although i suppose this means that i officially had a jacket potato for brekkie... oops...
have managed to keep my caffeine fairly low too as i bet the red bull didn't help last night...

Abz, never never never have milk to cure indigestion or heartburn. Believe me, I know. Well, I suppose if the rennies dont work. I always have something like pepcid ac, or gaviscon by the bottle. Poor poor you. I know that feeling. In fact Im going to go and take my tablets now.

well i had heard it might help... it made me throw up
the bicarb of soda in warm water did wonders though
this has only happened to me once before and it went on for eight hours until thomas got me some rennies and i munched through eight of them. that didn't work this time and i was honestly starting to panic a bit after hours and hours and hours!!
gaviscon did nothing whatsoever for me last time other than make me feel ill at the pepperminty salt taste...

sorry to hear you have been feeling ill. Ive decided to go no food like you so although we are doing in on diff diets we'll be off on it together. x
