holy cow!! just got my flowers quote.... £575!! i can't afford that!!

i've had to email back and ask them to make it cheaper!! like hundreds of pounds cheaper!! aaargh.

at this rate there are going to be empty vases on the tables!!

Make your own little table decorations (either flowers or on a theme) it can make it more individual. Taz has loads of great ideas on that score x

The cost of weddings these days is enormous. Makes me think that my Eleanor and Nick did the right thing by eloping to Vegas and getting married there.
 
oh dear about the flowers Abz.. They are horriably expensive hence me doing mine a DIY job... have you paid a deposist to them? Are u tied into having to use them?
 
well they are lovely and am sure they will do a fab job. We are talking about ways of cutting the price down...
 
Ahaha! I love it; sexy girl tie in the office! I think a sexy tie could be hotter than cleveage, especially if you seductivly chew the end of your pencil while looking up at someone from over the top of a pair of glasses :D

Woah!! That's a lot for flowers! Is there someone you know who'd be able to get you it for a discounted rate?

Personally, I scraped the flowers; pollen gets to my chest. So for the bouquets I'm making them out of origami. Again, anyone you know who can make paper/silk/sugar flowers...?

less is most definately more as far as i'm concerned :D

basically i think i'm looking at at least £300 for flowers and i was probably daft to think it would be less than that.

my flowers and the bridesmaid flowers are silk already...

thats some price for flowers tell everyone to bring there own lol,,,,,, have u considered balloon decorations to see if that could be cheaper
 
Abi how much are they charging you for silk flowers for your BM bouquets and yours... My flowers cost about £100 to buy all the flowers and I still have some left and Ive made my bouquet and 8 BMs bouquets
