hi Abz, well done on getting into the 13's. I have found water is the only way to get those scales moving and I am upping my intake. Have been doing 4 litres per day lately.
You say you are coming off SS in June. Have you worked in some time for maintenance? Hope so, as you don't want any squatter lbs on your big day. It is so important on this plan, as you know from experience what happens when you just switch back to normal eating after SS. Maybe talk to your CDC about how much time you should allow to go up the plans?
