hiya! im about to make tea, its gona be southern friewd chicken with sw chips and bbq beans. im just wondering whats the difference with chicken fillet and quorn fillet? i usually coat the chicken with the southern fried stuff and it just sticks but im using chicken style quorn fillets, do i cook it first and then cover it and put in oven or do i cover it when its frozen? i dont think the stuff will stick on it tho :/ lol help pleaseeee lol
