ABOUT TO START XENICOL

hi everyone just about to physch myself up to start a another diet this time using xenicol
starting at at 16 stone goal weight is 11 stone
been on many diets with every different method out there some with good results but hey ho here i am again after yet again gaining it all back
will give this a go so with a good supply of toilet roll here it goes.........

post lost and read loads of other posts and im sure you will get the hang of it quick enough.
of you stick to the rules (see sticky on main xenical page) you will be just fine and wont need the extra loo roll!

As Kes says, you'll be fine as long as you stick to the Xenical rules.
