Hi ladies!
I'm about to start ww having lost a lot of weight on the old plan years ago. Since then I got married and have had 2 kids and the weight has crept back on. In the last 5 months since having my baby I have tried slimming world and the dukan diet. Sw was good but I just ate loads of carbs and probably over ate and dukan was successful when I stuck to it but I found it so restrictive and food was making me feel sick. My question to you is how good is the pp plan? I have 5-6 stone to lose and want to lose it as quickly as possible. Thanks x
 
You will lose more in the first week or two, but 2lbs a week is a good loss. I like the plan and it works for me.

Hi I'm new to PP too and have done SW in the past. I can feel a difference already in myself and feel much better in myself on this plan too. Good luck x
