Extra Easy Acid........ help needed

Hi folks, I am curious if any of you have experienced really bad acid reflux since starting on you SW journey? I haven't had it before, it started since changing my diet. If yes how long you experienced it? How long until it calmed down? etc. SW has helped me shed over 60 pounds which is something I thought I couldn't do. I overcame the extreme farts when you start and managed to not offend my oh completely, lol. But the acid is pretty horrid, thanks in advance for your help x

It's not something i have trouble with, but if you post up a typical days food there may be something you eat regularly that is causing it.
