Depends how sweaty you're getting and your weight too (look at back of your guide) but I'd regard it as moderate exercise...so that's 4 pp for me (I'm 10st 6)
i love Zumba !!!

i haven't worked it out as i see it as aiding my loss and not towards extra points for food so don't see the point in working it out, lol.

i find it hard to work out the activity points as in the book it says "can you sing?" .... well i couldn't sing before i did the zumba (or other activity) and i can't say its helped my singing :D .... so all my activity must be moderate or high, lol. :rolleyes:
