can anyone tell me how you work out how many activity points you can earn, i don't normally bother with the activity points but just recently theres been so much going on that i've been going over my points slightly and trying to make up for it by exercising but i'm not sure how much i need to do before i earn a point.can anyone help please.

i forgot to say that i mainly do low impact aerobics and an exercise bike which does tell me how many calories i've burnt as long as it's accurate

Low impact anything between 10 and 30 mins is 1 point. 30 to 50 is 2 points.

I have the calculator on the ww app on my phone so if you tell me roughly what you do I can work it out for you?

hi, thanks for replying
i do about 30 mins of low impact aerobics in the evening and in the morning i try and do 20 minutes on the exercise bike at a steady pace, so would that be 2 points?

ohh i am pleased to see this been walking 2 hours most days this week only at a slow pace do u think i have earned any points?i wouldnt want to use them just treat as a bonusxx

Alot of people use a rule that 70 calories burnt = 1AP, I use a hrt while exercising helps motivate me
